JulieDx
JulieDx · Founder, built solo, 2026

Every job on the org chart, done by one person. On purpose.

The Situation

I spent years in large matrixed organizations directing work through shared teams. In 2026 I wanted to know exactly what I could build with my own hands, and I wanted current, provable AI fluency instead of a bullet that says "AI-curious."

The Diagnosis

My whole career runs on one method: diagnose why people aren't engaging before touching budget, channels, or creative. The bet was that the method itself could be software.

The Strategy

I built JulieDx: diagnostic tools that grade a landing page, an email, a direct mail piece, or a LinkedIn profile against a structured senior rubric and hand back a verdict with ranked fixes. Four live tools, no product team, no engineers.

  • The brand identity, the visual system, and the voice, built solo. See the full identity system.
  • The site, the tools, and the lifecycle emails, with AI compressing the distance between judgment and shipped work.
  • My own analytics command center, tracking every visitor, session, and tool run. I wrote about how I built it.
  • Then I marketed it the way I've marketed everything else, except every channel was mine.

Building alone proves capability, not preference: the job I'm best at is directing shared channels toward one strategy inside an organization, and I want that job back at full scale.

The Result

6% to 12%+

751,000 organic LinkedIn impressions while building in public. And the number I watch closest: free-to-paid conversion on JobSearchDx doubled from 6% to over 12% through optimization, the same diagnose-then-fix loop the tools sell, pointed at my own funnel.

The Principle

AI doesn't replace marketing judgment. It removes every excuse between judgment and shipped.
