This isn’t a read on a single ad. It’s the page or the email you’ve put real weight behind that still isn’t paying you back.

What I’m actually looking at

I read the asset in the context of your business, not in a vacuum. I run the same rubric I built into the diagnostic tools on my site. Five things, on any page:

  • Strategy and positioning. Does the page make a real choice about who it's for and what it's selling, or is it trying to be everything to everyone?
  • Copy and messaging. Does the writing lead with what your customer wants, or with you?
  • Persuasion. Is there a reason to act, and does the page earn the click, or does it just describe?
  • Trust and credibility. Does a stranger have a reason to believe you, with proof sitting where the decision gets made and not buried in the footer?
  • UX and layout. Can someone actually move through it without friction, especially on a phone?

If it’s an email, I’m looking at the same kind of things tuned for email: whether it’s built for its job in the lifecycle, whether it’s clear, whether it fits who’s getting it, whether the structure works, and whether anything in it quietly breaks trust.

The tool gets you part of the way, and it’s sharp. But sometimes you just need a second read from someone who’s done this for 15 years and can actually come to a conclusion.

Intake. You tell me about the asset. A short set of questions so my read isn't generic:
  • What's the asset, and where's it live?
  • Who's getting it?
  • How are they getting to it?
  • What did you expect it to do?
  • What are you trying to get out of it?
The review. I look at everything and do my thing.
We meet. Thirty minutes, and I walk you through what's working, what isn't, and what I'd fix first.
You get the write-up. One page you can keep and share: the grade, the ranked fixes, and the one bigger thing worth a look. Plus a few days of follow-up for whatever comes up after.

Turnaround is three business days, from submission and payment to the meeting and resolution.

When it’s not the asset

Sometimes the page or the email is fine, and the real problem is upstream, in who you’re targeting, what you’re offering, or how the whole funnel is built. If that’s where we land, I’ll tell you straight and give you my best read on it.
