What gets captured
When you submit your email to see a full report, JulieDx stores your email address, which tool you ran (EmailDx or LandingPageDx), the date, and a run counter. That’s it. The data lives in an Airtable base I (Julie) own and look at.
What does NOT get captured
The email content you paste, the landing page URL or HTML, the screenshots you upload, the diagnostic responses, and your follow-up questions are all processed by Anthropic’s API and never stored by JulieDx. I don’t log them, save them, or look at them.
Third parties that see your input
When you run a diagnostic, your inputs are sent to Anthropic (the company that makes Claude, the AI model behind the tool) so the diagnostic can be generated. Their handling is governed by their own privacy policy at anthropic.com/legal/privacy.
When you submit a URL for LandingPageDx, the URL is sent to Jina.ai (a free page-reader service) to extract the page text. Their privacy policy is at jina.ai/legal.
Cookies and local storage
JulieDx uses browser localStorage to track your run count for the day and remember the email you entered so you don’t have to type it again. No cookies, no third-party trackers, no analytics, no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no Mixpanel.
Your data, your call
Email me at JulieBIrving@gmail.com and I’ll delete your row from Airtable. No questions, no forms.
Changes to this policy
If anything changes here (new feature that captures something new, a new third party in the stack), I’ll update this page and bump the date at the top.
