The diagnostic tools (LandingPageDx, EmailDx, DirectMailDx)
First run free, then a subscription
Your first run on any diagnostic is free, in exchange for your email. To keep running reports you subscribe for $19.99 a month, which unlocks unlimited runs across LandingPageDx, EmailDx, and DirectMailDx. You can share the results and do whatever you want with them. There’s no license to violate.
As-is, no warranty
The diagnostics are generated by AI. They’re opinionated, often right, occasionally wrong. Use your judgment. Nothing here is legal, medical, compliance, or fiduciary advice. If a regulator asks why your healthcare landing page passed an audit, don’t cite this tool.
Don't abuse it
Don’t hammer the API. Don’t scrape the responses to rebuild this as your own product. Don’t use it to violate someone else’s rights (copyright, trademark, privacy). I reserve the right to block runs from IPs or emails doing any of the above.
The subscription and free trial
A subscription is $19.99 a month for unlimited runs. New subscriptions start with a 3-day free trial. You add a card to start the trial but you’re not charged during it. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing. If you don’t cancel, the card is charged $19.99 when the trial ends, then once a month after that.
Auto-renewal and cancelling
The subscription renews automatically each month. You can cancel anytime from your account billing page in a couple of clicks. When you cancel you keep access through the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and you’re not charged again. Founding subscribers keep the $19.99 rate for as long as the subscription stays active.
Refunds
Because it’s a subscription you can cancel anytime, monthly charges that have already posted aren’t refunded. The 3-day trial is there so you can test it before any charge. If something technical went wrong, email me at julie@juliedx.com within 48 hours and I’ll make it right.
Payment processing
Payments are processed by Stripe. I don’t see or store your card details. Stripe’s terms are at stripe.com/legal.
No service guarantees
The tools may be slow, down, or wrong at any time. I reserve the right to discontinue any tool, change how it works, or change these terms at any time.
JulieDx Job Search (paid tool)
What you're buying
JulieDx Job Search is a paid diagnostic at juliedx.com/jobsearch. A $14.99 one-time purchase gives you unlimited runs for 30 days, tied to your account. It is not a subscription and does not auto-renew. When the 30-day window ends, you can purchase again.
No results guarantee
This tool grades whether your LinkedIn profile is findable by recruiters for the specific jobs you paste. It does not guarantee interviews, recruiter outreach, job offers, or any other employment outcome. Job search results depend on many factors outside this tool’s scope - market conditions, hiring freezes, recruiter behavior, application volume, employer decisions, and more. Use this as one input in your job search, not a predictor of results.
Refunds
Because this is a digital product with immediate access, all sales are final. If you have a technical issue that prevented you from using the tool, email julie@juliedx.com within 48 hours and I’ll sort it out.
Fair use
The 30-day window is for your personal job search. Don’t share credentials, resell access, or use it to build a competing product. A quiet fair-use cap (~10 runs/day) exists to protect my API costs - it’s a soft limit with a friendly message, not a hard cutoff.
