Questions.

What’s free, what’s paid, how it works, and what happens to your data.

JobSearchDx

What is JobSearchDx?

A diagnostic that grades how findable you are to recruiters. Paste your LinkedIn profile and the jobs you're targeting, and you get a 0 to 100 score plus a ranked list of fixes with exact copy to paste. Recruiters search by exact titles and keywords. If they can't find you, nobody tells you. This does.

What do I get for free?

Your grade and your single biggest issue. No card required.

What does the $14.99 unlock?

The full report: every fix, ranked by priority, in copy-ready format, plus a chat to get custom rewrites. You get 30 days of access, rerun as often as you need, so you can fix your profile, run it again, and watch the grade move.

Is it a subscription?

No. It's a one-time payment for 30 days. It doesn't renew and it doesn't quietly bill you later. When your 30 days are up, you can buy another 30 if you want them. If enough people ask for a subscription I'll build one.

Are my results saved?

Your profile and the job posting aren't stored. I keep your score and grade against your email so I can see how people are doing, not the text you pasted. Want to see your grade again? Rerun it. It takes a couple of minutes, and paid access lets you rerun as often as you need for your 30 days.

Will this get me a job?

No tool can promise that and you should side-eye any that does. What it does is make sure the recruiters searching for someone like you are more likely to find you.

The marketing diagnostics

What are the marketing diagnostics?

Pre-send and pre-launch reviews for marketing work: a landing page diagnostic, an email diagnostic with a built-in subject line tester, and a direct mail diagnostic. Each gives you the honest senior-strategist read before your work goes out, scored across the dimensions that decide whether it works.

What's free and what's paid?

Your first three runs are free; just give an email, no card needed. After that, a 7-day pass is $9.99: run all three tools as often as you need for a week, one payment, nothing renews, and you can buy another week whenever you need one. Or subscribe for $19.99 a month, cancel anytime from your account billing page.

Who wrote the judging criteria?

Julie Irving, a marketing strategist with 15 years across retail, e-commerce, healthcare, and health tech, at brands like Elevance Health, CVS Health, GoodRx, and Macy's. The tools grade the way she does. That's the product.

How it works

Is this just ChatGPT with extra steps?

No. A generic chatbot wants to be agreeable; it'll tell you your email is "compelling" and suggest you "consider adding urgency." This is a calibrated instrument built on Claude with fixed scoring rubrics, banned cop-out rules, and grade math, tuned against real work that converted and real work that didn't. It grades to a standard, not to your mood. Same model family underneath, very different instrument.

Can the report be wrong?

Yes. It's opinionated, often right, occasionally wrong. Treat it like a sharp second opinion, not a verdict.

What happens to what I paste in?

It's processed to generate your report, then it's gone. I don't store it, sell it, or train on it. I can see that you ran a tool, your grade, and for landing pages the URL. I can't see your report or what you pasted in. See the privacy policy for the full list of who touches your data and why.

Money

What's your refund policy?

For the diagnostics subscription, monthly charges that have already posted aren't refunded; the three free runs and the $9.99 pass exist so you can test it before committing to a month. For JobSearchDx, it's a one-time digital purchase and all sales are final. Either way, if something's technically broken, email me at julie@juliedx.com within 48 hours and I'll make it right.

Do you offer team or bulk access?

Not yet. If you're running client work at volume or want a custom setup, email me; enough asks and it moves up the list.

Contact

How do I reach a human?

Email julie@juliedx.com. It goes to me, not a ticket queue.

Still stuck? Email julie@juliedx.com.
